Rates & Fees

At Well Minded Path Counseling, I offer private-pay therapy for individuals and couples. My fees reflect specialized training, thoughtful care, and the time and attention needed to provide meaningful, high-quality therapy.

Session Fees

Individual Therapy

  • 55-minute session: $200

Couples Therapy

  • 55-minute session: $250

Sessions are offered in person, online, or in a hybrid format, depending on your needs and schedule.

Insurance & Payment

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Many clients choose to use their out-of-network benefits and receive partial reimbursement through their insurance plan.

I work with a third-party service that can:

  • Verify your out-of-network benefits

  • Estimate reimbursement

  • Submit claims on your behalf

Clients are typically responsible only for their portion after out-of-network benefits are applied.

Payment is due at the time of session. Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.

Free Consultation

I offer a free consultation to help you decide whether therapy with me feels like a good fit. This is an opportunity to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and get a sense of how we might work together.

Cancellation Policy

Your session time is reserved specifically for you. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.

A Note on Therapy Investment

Therapy is an investment in your emotional well-being, relationships, and long-term quality of life. My goal is to provide care that is thoughtful, attuned, and responsive—supporting meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

If you have questions about fees or out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to discuss them during a consultation.

A person's hands are writing in a notebook on a light wood desk. On the desk are a pair of eyeglasses, a glass of water, a brown notebook, and a beige book. There is a metallic vase with an orange flower, and two small ceramic vases on beige platforms. The scene is well-lit, with a framed picture partially visible on the wall.
